Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
