- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Must have a valid driving license and be comfortable driving clients to school visits.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone in both English and Mandarin.
- Serve as the bridge between Chinese clients and international schools, ensuring smooth coordination and documentation.
- Drive and accompany families to visit international schools, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
