Is it you, we\'re looking for?You are responsible for (but not limited to):Pull daily reports as required by the team.Maintain and accurately record data in the designated systems or databases.Assist in daily task assignments, ensuring tasks are distributed efficiently among team members.Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all online reservations.Verify that booking information is correctly captured in the internal system.Ensure reservations are held in order and follow up on any discrepancies.Send outbound emails to guests to confirm arrangements based on requests received from online bookings.Reservation payment follow-upAssist Team Leaders by performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and reporting.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.Prior experience in back-office operations or administrative roles is a plus.What\'s in It for You?
