Availability for a minimum of 3 months. Internships should ideally begin in October or November of 2024.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, IT, Communications, or any related field.
Customer-oriented attitude with a desire to solve problems and provide excellent service.
Basic understanding of software or IT services is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Healthy physically and mentally to handle job demands.
Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.

ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Support in troubleshooting basic product or service issues and guiding customers to appropriate solutions.
Document and escalate customer feedback, complaints, and issues to the relevant teams.
Help maintain and update customer support databases, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
Collaborate with other departments (such as technical support or product teams) to resolve issues efficiently.
Participate in team meetings, providing insights from customer interactions to help improve products/services.
Learn about the company\'s software products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in tracking customer interactions and preparing reports for the customer service team.
Provide input for improving customer service processes and internal workflows.
