Job description : \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. \xc2\xb7 Responding promptly to customer inquiries. \xc2\xb7 Communicating with customers through various channels. \xc2\xb7 Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. \xc2\xb7 Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. \xc2\xb7 Processing refunds, replacement & reimbursement. \xc2\xb7 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. \xc2\xb7 Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM500.00 per month Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
