Job Description

Inventory Executive 1. Assist the company to identify, select and source credential and trusted supplier. 2. Ensure inventory system & documentation are done accurately and promptly. 3. Ensure transactions are recorded in excel in a systematic manner, including stock transfers. 4. Ensure inventory reconciliation between inventory tracking system and the physical counts. 5. Control inventory quality under in-house storage. 6. Collaborate with Purchasing department on product quality issue. 7. Collaborate with Maintenance, Marketing and Housekeeping department to ensure sufficient stock is ready in house. 8. Keep track on all the expiry date of the inventory, alert the relevant department and/or management when the expiry date is approaching. 9. Provide advice to the management and/or department on inventory related issues. 10. Prepare, update and generate Inventory Reports to the management. 11. Conduct monthly stock count. 12. Safeguard unauthorized access to the storeroom. 13. Ensure proper storage arrangement and the cleanliness of the store. 14. Assist to prepare relevant document for internal and external audit. 15. Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management to you from time to time. Job Requirements 1. Degree in International Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management, Trade Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or equivalent. 2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. 3. Have experiences in AutoCount Inventory Software will be an advantage. 4. Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin. 5. Possess strong negotiation and sourcing skills. 6. Proactive, team player with good attitude and able to work independently. 7. Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications. 8.
