Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the IT strategy, aligning it with the company\'s overall goals and objectives.

• Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the availability, stability, and security of the company\'s IT infrastructure.
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible in establishing, implementing and maintaining Information Security Framework

in accordance with global standards. * Provide support the corporate IT system network at head office, remote terminal as well as at the refinery.

• Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization of resources.

Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Computing, Information Technology, Computer Security, and other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.

• Preferably 15 to 20 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communications, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company and external parties.
