Requirements:
- Applicants with min SPM qualifications

- Have no issue with 24hr rotational shift (9 hours per shift, 6 days per week), weekends and public holidays.
- Able to start work on 19th July 2021

Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound calls & emails regarding customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues relating to company’s products
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Ad hoc tasks
