Job Description


  • To facilitate the travel arrangement process for staff requires traveling while
attending training.
  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to employee development
programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance and
feedback.
  • To assist in HRDF registration and monitoring.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions. Including venue arrangements, materials
and equipment.
  • Ensure all necessary resources are available for the smooth execution of training
programs.
  • Communicate with employees to provide information about upcoming training
sessions.
  • Assist in creating and distributing training-related announcements and materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee development activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and various department to ensure effective
communication and coordination.
  • Assist in building positive relationships with external training partners.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development
or related field.
  • Experience in Human Resources\' and/or Employee\'s Development programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
