Industry: Health Location: Kepong Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: Basic, Insurance, Medical, Bonus & more. Responsibilities: . Engage and develop strong relationship with all assigned key customers to ensure maximum customers' satisfaction. . Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities (e.g. new customer, new products range, & etc.) . Manage and monitor customers' collection are met within agreed credit terms. . Collaborate with inter department to ensure smooth operation and support overall supply chain process. . Perform market survey and market intelligence, analyze and report findings to the relevant parties. . Responsible for contract review and handling of customer enquiries. . Participating in the creation of the sales budget and being responsible for achieving it. . Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive your area of responsibility further. . Prepare and submit key reports in a timely manner . Travel to others region and overseas when necessary to visit accounts . To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time. Requirements: . A Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field . 3 years of working experience in marketing or sales, preferably in Beauty/ Healthcare/ FMCG industries . Proven experience in key account management . Ability to handle multiple client accounts & to build rapport with key clients . Strong negotiation and leadership skills. . Exceptional customer service skills with excellent communication skills. . Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a MUST. . Possess own transport
