JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose and Scope

  • Promote and sell the company\'s PCIO products to established customers (physicians, cath labs, hospitals) and develop new customers.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the PCIO sales, market share and/or profit objectives of a specified territory or product. Promotes and establishes physician and account education of the company\'s PCIO products and/or services
  • Works with sales manager to set targets for individual accounts and/or products and monitors monthly & also works out a plan to increase team\'s PCIO competency.
  • Support peers in marketing activities (workshop/ proctorship program/ CME talk).
  • Have in-depth experience in the (PCIO) intervention industry with good product and technical, medical knowledge.
  • Support and cover some coronary with PCIO accounts.
  • Works under general direction
Core Job Responsibilities
  • To ensure achievement of country PCIO sales targets
  • To increase PCIO user and drive usage to meet country total PICO sales targets.
  • Responsible for RCE and PCIO capital sales
  • Provide PCIO support for other countries in SEA and discover PCIO proctorship opportunity.
  • To make regular sales calls to related HCP to promote PCIO products.
  • Conduct WEBEX training on PCIO tips & tricks twice a month for Malaysia and Singapore team
  • To provide HCPs with detailed product information, technical specifications, and latest clinical data
  • Maintain close professional relationships with Key accounts and HCPs.
  • To develop and implement effective sales plans and messages to promote and increase the market share of products.
  • Plan and review sales strategies and promotion activities to HCP, e.g., teaching programs, presentations
  • Provide monthly and Adhoc reports promptly, e.g., Customer details, Track usage, sales & MS %, HCP feedback, market & competitive information, etc
  • To keep abreast of market & competitors\' activities and keep the company updated.
  • Keep up to date on the latest clinical data and complete all required training.
  • Provide & Assist HCP if required in related presentations.
  • Support/Mentor peers (junior sales colleagues) on PCIO products
  • Keep up to date on the latest clinical data and complete all required training.
  • Other relevant tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Relevant product knowledge.
  • Capable computer skills for Abbott field reporting data system and necessary correspondence and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to put together a territory business plan. Numerical ability.
  • Teamwork / Collaboration, Adaptability.
  • Customer Focus.
  • Planning and Organising.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and local language.
  • Sales experience in a hospital environment, preferably with Cardiology product or medical device experience.
