: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our client\'s team as a Native Korean Pharmaceutical Project Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting pharmaceutical projects and ensuring their successful execution. The position requires working in a 24*7 shift pattern and is open to graduates only. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of pharmaceutical projects, adhering to established timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, scientists, and technicians, to ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct research and analysis related to pharmaceutical projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor project progress, identify any issues or bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities and data in compliance with company guidelines.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in pharmaceutical research and development.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Native Korean speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
• Bachelor\'s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a 24*7 shift pattern and adapt to changing work schedules as required.
• Proficient in using MS Office suite and project management tools.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary for this position ranges from MYR 8500 to MYR 9500, based on qualifications and experience.
• Health coverage provided.
• Date of joining: 21st July.
