Learning And Development Manager

Job Description


  • Identify learning and developmental needs (TNA) and assist the manager to design and develop suitable learning program based on their learning needs that build competency and skills to the company.
  • Assist the manager in designing and monitor the training calendar.
  • Monitor and handle the training budget, grant and reimbursement in HRDF.
  • Assist the manager in conducting in-house learning programs.
  • Evaluate all learning programs and produce the program reports.
  • Assist the manager to liaise with vendors on developing e-learning program.
  • Maintain and prepare all the pre, during and post learning materials (stationaries, notes, handouts, etc.)
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization.
What do you require?

  • Degree/Diploma in any disciplines with minimum of 2 years of experience in training, learning & development.
  • Able to present and have a good presentation and communication skill.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge on e-learning (development, design and application
