Identify learning and developmental needs (TNA) and assist the manager to design and develop suitable learning program based on their learning needs that build competency and skills to the company.
Assist the manager in designing and monitor the training calendar.
Monitor and handle the training budget, grant and reimbursement in HRDF.
Assist the manager in conducting in-house learning programs.
Evaluate all learning programs and produce the program reports.
Assist the manager to liaise with vendors on developing e-learning program.
Maintain and prepare all the pre, during and post learning materials (stationaries, notes, handouts, etc.)
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization.
What do you require?
Degree/Diploma in any disciplines with minimum of 2 years of experience in training, learning & development.
Able to present and have a good presentation and communication skill.
Basic to intermediate knowledge on e-learning (development, design and application
