Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Process customer orders in the system Prepare Delivery Orders & Invoices Schedule deliveries with drivers Coordinate with warehouse on stock availability Maintain delivery records, Dos, invoices, CN/DN Prepare daily/ weekly delivery report Verify transporter invoices and delivery charges

Job Requirement:



At least 1 year of Admin experience. Familiar with AutoCount System will be an adding point Able to use Microsoft Office software

Working Hours:



Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm

Location:

5 & 7, Jalan Gemilang 5, Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor
