Job Description


s: - In charge in shipping order assignment and preparing shipping order for drivers. - Processing requests and feedback from drivers after trips via instant chat or phone call. - Receiving shipping order from client. - Handle customer enquiries via calls or chats. - Follow up and update shipping status and information to client. - Monitor clearance and ensure timely delivery of service. - Perform other related ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: - Possess strong sense of responsibility. - Friendly and able to work co-operatively with other colleagues. - Able to work independently. - Posses minimum qualification in Diploma or Degree. - Good writing and communication skills. - Proficiency in English & Malay language is a must. - At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service / Logistic field.
