Duties and Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Non-voice support in processing orders, requests, and transactions with flair.

\xc2\xb7 Initiate proactive customer outreach to enhance their experience.

\xc2\xb7 Tackle customer complaints with finesse and efficiency.

\xc2\xb7 Gather and analyze valuable customer feedback.

\xc2\xb7 Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a positive, empathetic demeanor at all times.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate and coordinate seamlessly with your awesome colleagues.

Job Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 College degree preferred but not a deal-breaker for passionate individuals.
