Job Description


  • Process monthly sales incentives and/ claims payouts
  • Check and ensure that the sales production figures are correct for incentive calculation
  • Check the staff claims against supporting documents such as receipts and email approvals
  • Ensure that all sales incentive payments and claims payouts are processed within the approved guidelines
  • Assist with the training of new recruits on sales incentives and claims guidelines
  • Assist sales staff with their queries on sales incentives and claims.
  • Prepare claims and incentive reports for management
  • Assist with all other matters relating to sales incentives and sales performance for the department.
Qualifications
  • Degree, diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of work experience, preferably related to Finance or Operations
  • Ability to analyse, interpret data/information with reasoning skills
  • Aptitude for accuracy and attention to details
  • Committed to meet deadlines and overcoming challenges
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Committed to service excellence and quality in area of work
