Responsibilities: Generate sales leads and reach out to new prospective clients (non-property developers and non-real estate agencies) via meeting and pitching to clients for display inventories, events, exhibitions & awards, solution services and Sponsorship for StarProperty. Maintain and develop a strong relationship with clients and partners and ensure consistent follow-up with potential sponsors to achieve individual and/or team\'s group target. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure all requirements within project(s) are delivered efficiently in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and quality delivery. Develop up-to-date knowledge on market trends, demands and competitors\' behavior. Identify and understand client\'s needs and develop comprehensive solutions. Planning, implementation of sales strategies and monitoring all A&P and campaigns of related and relevant competitors. Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in marketing and other related majors Minimum 7 years\' in Marketing, Business Development and Sales preferably within the media and advertising industry and/or the property-related sector. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Pleasant personality, able to interact effectively.
