We are committed to supporting industries battling climate change towards a net-zero future and a sustainable economy.Our ClientNextWave Partners is working with a renewable energy developer who is looking to develop Utility scale solar, wind and C&I projects across South East Asia.As the Sales and Marketing Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and business development teams in the SEA region, with a primary focus on Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. The Marketing and Sales Support Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with in-house marketing communications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational and communication skills who can efficiently support business development processes and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the business development team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of quotes and contracts.
  • Monitor and manage sales-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of in-house marketing communications strategies.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including LinkedIn, email newsletters, and the company website.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, promotional items, presentation slides.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication between sales and marketing departments.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Support the business development teams in handling client inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales support or marketing role, preferably in a corporate environment.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Lightroom)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
