Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls for general inquiries
- Handle customer enquiry via telephone to provide information and assistance
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- To provide accurate information and updates to consumers always
- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year working experience in a center
- Able to work in under rotating shift basic (include weekend and public holiday
- Able to communicate well in English and Malay
- Able to speak Chinese will be added advantage
- Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service
- Vaccinated, with booster
- 5 days a week (rotational basis)
- 24/7 rotating shift
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month Schedule:
- Rotational shift
- Bandar Sunway: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
