Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot middleware software such as web servers,

application servers, messaging systems and databases.

- Develop and implement strategies for middleware software upgrades and patch

deployments.

- Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Create and maintain technical documentation related to middleware operations.

- Assist in the development of middleware-related policies and procedures.

- Provide technical support related to middleware software for users and

administrators.

- Available to provide 24/7 support as required.

Qualifications

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Middleware technologies

- In-depth knowledge of distributed computing systems, network and system design,

and web services.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to configure and deploy middleware solutions in a timely and efficient

manner.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Bash.

- Familiarity with application servers, databases, and security protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Desired Technical Skills

- IBM Products (MQ, ACE/Messagebroker, Cognos)

- CDN (Content Delivery Network) such as AKAMAI and Adobe Experience Manager

- Apache/Apache Webserver

- JBOSS EAP

- Java/OpenJDK

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
