Non Trade Procurement Executive

Job Description

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Hands-on experience in materials/equipment or procurement management is preferred.
  • Strong influential skills, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal, management skills, communications skills and a team player.
  • Mandarin speaking is added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks to ensure the operation is smooth
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, pricing, timelines and others
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation in system and make sure up to date.
  • Sourcing of new supplier and cross-checking purchases information
  • Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
  • Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets of purchasing.
  • Working to improve purchasing systems and standard operation processes (SOP).
