Responsibilities Request for a quotation, file rates and negotiate with vendors Check shipping schedule, place a booking, verify and file shipping documents and submit necessary documents to carriers and agents Communicate with internal counterparts, vendors, agents and customers to arrange a shipment via phone call, email and messengers. Verify costs, key in necessary information into the system and issue an invoice.Monitor shipment status on daily basis and make a daily report. Report any incident and escalate any operational issue. Prepare a monthly P&L and operating performance report. Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the related field Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply Preferably proficient in computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and so forth) or eager to learn new skills Must be willing to work at Klang
