The Operation Assistant Manager supports the Operation Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company policies. This role helps coordinate staff, manage resources, and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities
Support the Operation Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising operations
Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments
Monitor operational performance and prepare basic reports
Ensure company procedures, safety standards, and service quality are followed
Handle customer issues and operational problems when required
Assist in training and supervising staff
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Admin, Finance, etc.)
Perform other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM
Relevant working experience preferred
Good leadership and communication skills
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Familiar with computer usage and basic reporting
Responsible, proactive, and well-organized
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
