My Motion Studio, a vibrant and creative art studio, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Operation Executive to join our team. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, a genuine passion for art, and preferably experience working with children or influencers. This role will require flexibility, including weekend work and morning or afternoon shifts. We are looking for someone who is bubbly, hardworking, and enthusiastic about fostering a positive and inspiring environment for our studio visitors. Responsibilities: Customer Service:Greet and assist studio visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all visitors. Operations Management:Ensure the studio is well-maintained and organized at all times.
Coordinate and schedule art classes, workshops, and events.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
Oversee studio bookings and reservations. Artistic Support:Assist art instructors and facilitators in setting up for classes and workshops.
Aid in the preparation of art materials and supplies.
Provide support to artists and participants during classes and events. Marketing and Promotion:Collaborate with the marketing team to promote studio events and classes.
Engage with influencers and artists to enhance the studio\xe2\x80\x99s online presence.
Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving studio operations. Flexibility and Availability:Be open to working weekends and rotating morning or afternoon shifts as required.
Handle occasional special events or promotions outside regular working hours. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Passion for art and creativity is essential.
• Experience working with children or influencers is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Bubbly and outgoing personality, with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
