Job Description


Job Requirements: -The candidate must possess at least a Degree in Foodservice Management/Culinary Arts. -Minimum 3 years of working experience in food industries. -Proficient in Microsoft office. -Previous experience in Food/ FMCG industry is needed -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong problem-solving skills and able to cope with stress & changes. -Possess own transport and willing to travel. Job Responsibilities: -Coordinate, supervise, and effectively schedule assigned staff and their day-to-day work activities to ensure operational goals and objectives are met. -Create menu/promotion planning and correct or improve food preparation for each kiosk when needed. -To fully understand the market needs and desires for each kiosk and ensure that the menus are developed to reflect those needs. -Review staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives. -Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered at Central Kitchen dan Kiosk. -Responsible to monitor and maintain product quality and freshness and to ensures all products are in date. -Assist in checking of personal hygiene of all the staff, hygiene of chillers & freezers. -Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment as per Department QA standards. -Monitor and support in all aspects that contributes to sales performance in kiosk (cleanliness, customer service, etc). -Ensure all kiosk operations are running smoothly. -Responsible and sensitive to the ups and downs of sales earned at all kiosk. -Responsible for ensuring that sales money is in the bank every day. -Ensure all reports and records are accurate, complete, and retained following Company policy. -Any other duties directed by superiors from time to time.
