Responsibilities

Responsible for documentation and liaison with shipping line, port, haulage and oversea agent
Manage operation planning to ensure customer service levels are achieved and improved
To organize the operational structure and ensure a consistently high standard performance from the operations employee, which is achieved by organization, good teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result and continuous improvement
Able to communicate or have knowledge with overseas agent
Prepare regular reports on daily progress and report to superior

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience executive & 5 years for senior position
Diploma, Bachelor\'s degree that is equivalent in Supply Chain and Logistics, or related.
Experience with industry relevance in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and freight forwarding is must
Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English language, both in written and spoken.
