Responsibilities

Attendance promptly to customer inquiries by providing information / solution
Fully responsible in vessel planning
Able to communicate with all levels through various channels
Computer literate
To ensure daily vessel update and documentation is prepared promptly and accurately
Able to work independently and handle ad-hoc task assigned by superior
Coordinate port calls for assigned customer account effectively, including proper monitoring of the vessel
