Operations
\xef\x82\xa7 Assist in maintaining the overall security projects as stipulated in the letter of offer.
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop local law enforcement/Government contacts to support special security operations.
\xef\x82\xa7 Conduct regular security quality control checks on all security project tasks.
\xef\x82\xa7 Oversee and be overall accountable for all security operations, and quality of services, and provide training to security personnel on a regular basis.
\xef\x82\xa7 To teach and implement security procedures/policies as required.
\xef\x82\xa7 Enforce security SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and instill discipline amongst security personnel and take the appropriate action if any personnel are in violation of company policies/procedures.
\xef\x82\xa7 Conduct investigations as required.
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain good relations with the local authorities and IGS clients.
\xef\x82\xa7 Provide briefs to the IGS Executive Management Team as requested.
Managing Administration
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and manage project rosters.
\xef\x82\xa7 To assist in security personnel selection, operational planning and training of security personnel.
\xef\x82\xa7 Debrief security personnel and draft performance records each quarter.
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and maintain healthy communications with client\xe2\x80\x99s management team.
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain and report attendance records to HQ Finance department.
Ensuring Well Motivated & Competent Security Personnel
\xef\x82\xa7 Improve staff performance and security awareness where required
\xef\x82\xa7 Listening to all security staff and seek out resolutions for job related stresses, conflicts to minimize mistakes and down time.
\xef\x82\xa7 Providing leadership for security personnel and the encouragement of innovative ideas/suggestions from all guards.
\xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for the discipline and welfare of all security personnel involved in special project operations.
\xef\x82\xa7 To plan and improve security service standards in order to obtain higher level of professionalism.
\xef\x82\xa7 Improve staff performance and security awareness where required
