About the job Operations Manager (F&B)

This is an exciting opportunity as an Operations Manager to work with an established Vietnamese F&B Restaurant chain. The successful candidate will be in charge of the business operations, and working to establish the brand in the F&B space.

• Main role to manage day-to-day store operations of 4 Vietnamese F&B Restaurant/Dining outlets located in the Klang Valley.
• Monitor stock and inventory, to plan and work closely with supplier for stock replenishment
• Regular weekly audit of store (Hygiene, SOP, workflow, customer service, brand experience)
• Develop SOPs and communicate with Restaurant Managers and Head Chef.
• Identify new business strategy, execute and improve those strategies.
• Implement right processes and practices to improve efficiency, productivity, revenue, reduce wastage.
• Monitor closely on cost of materials, equipment, rental and manpower.
• Develop and analyze reports, prepare presentation on progress to management team and shareholders.
• Increase revenue by initiating cost saving activities.
• Evaluate employees and build development plans.
• Budget setup for company operations.
• Weekly meetings with management team and directly report to management team.
• Detail planning for outlet expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in an F&B chain
• Ability to work in a non-halal restaurant
• Good understanding on F&B daily operations at outlets
• Deep knowledge of F&B outlet SOPs
• Previous experience managing multiple F&B outlets is a big plus
