Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle databases (versions 12c, 19c, or later).
- Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Optimize database performance and ETL jobs for efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application performance and scalability.
- Ensure database security, compliance, and data integrity across environments.
- Automate routine DBA tasks using scripting (Shell, PL/SQL, Python, etc.).
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and OEM.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development and tuning.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Added advantage for Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM).
- Exposure to other RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.
Oracle DBA, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, OEM, PLSQL, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM).
