Job Description


Job Responsibility Involved in the preparation and cooking of food. Organize and decides which tasks need to be done by kitchen staff. Replenish supplies such as plates, drinking cups and glasses, cutlery and kitchen items. Notify supervisor concerning the need for revamp in food menus for both buffet and ala carte. Observe cleanliness in food preparation as required to protect resort and guests. Deliver or delegate delivery of food items as requested by guests. Making sure that all cooking utensils, equipment and facilities are clean and in hygienic condition. To provide balance, attractively served, well-prepared meals with good variety. Actively communicate & work in team. Attend to customers. Preparing and serving order (foods & drinks). Performing to keep cafeteria and working area clean and tidy. Responsible and self dedicated. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the time. Hardworking, committed and responsible. Job Requirements Minimum SPM qualifications. Speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
