A renowned regional financial services business is seeking a People Capability & Learning Content Lead in Kuala Lumpur. In this job, you will onboard their journey in managing country-wide affairs on learning journey, as well as the governance of related L&D policies.

About the People Capability & Learning Content Lead Role:
In this business enabling function, you will be involved in collaboration and continuous improvement through local networks in ensuring priority markets meets its regulative and audit needs in applying new ideas, emerging capabilities and tools implementation. This role belongs to the Creative and Delivery Discipline and will be considered a L&D specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the market's unique needs, challenges and ensure that the global agenda delivers on country needs
• Provide L&D support to Country HR Head for any local regulatory body/agency requirements to ensure staff are competent to conduct their roles. This can include advisory on building country alliances and partnerships with local banking associations, professional body chapters and educational agencies of the government
• Be the focal point in building & sustaining People Capability's brand and communication strategy ensuring the global agenda, learning standards and curricula are fully utilised
• Monitor global programme roll-out in the respective markets, taking a workplace skills transfer perspective to understand the business impact of global curricula locally
• Actively keep up to date with latest human centred, business relevant and commercially viable creative learning design and delivery to influence decisions on the learning solutions
• Provide input on the best suited solutions and strategic vendors available in the market for carious components
• Contribute to storyboarding sessions and design labs to prototype different learning design and delivery solutions
• Use subject-matter expertise to come up with ideas for the most impactful and scalable learning experiences and help squad making right choices about creative learning design
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standard of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct across the bank - includes ensuring compliance
