Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for executing all HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, supporting the HR team spread regionally across various tasks with emphasis on data integrity, accuracy, and analysis to support key HR decisions. HR Management System Be the key admin user in maintaining the HRMS with accurate employee data across various platforms. Ensure all required information is accurately maintained and updated promptly in HRMS, employee database and employee personnel files. Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics from HR data sources periodically. HR Operations Responsible for the employee lifecycle HR operations such as onboarding, employment changes and off-boarding processes. Support in ensuring that all HR policies and practices are complying and aligned with the business and local statutory requirements. Be the first level contact point to all employees\' queries on HR processes, and requests around the HRMS system. Working with the HR Business Partner/s to ensure proper documentation & communication of key changes in employee details, such as role change, promotion, annual increment etc. by drafting required letters and sharing the same with employees. Regular update of Employee Handbook as per changes in HR policies and processes. Manage employee disciplinary issues in the Malaysia team as mandated by Malaysian employment law. Guide and work with the team on matters related to Malaysian employment law. Resolution of Employee queries in a time-bound manner Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages) Payroll and Leave Management Responsible for accuracy and on-time in-house payroll processing in Singapore. Managed the payroll vendor across other countries, sharing monthly payroll inputs, and working with the Finance team on payroll reconciliation and salary payment. Address employees\' queries on payroll and leave-related matters. Oversee compliance with internal controls, identifying and mitigating potential control gaps and risks Complete ownership of the payroll process. Vendor engagement & management for payroll and statutory compliances Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.) Performance Management Manage the probation review process for new joiners, with a timely conclusion with the issuance of confirmation/probation extension letters, as applicable. Support in administering the quarterly performance review cycle, rating finalization and annual compensation reviews. Employee Engagement & Recognition Support and coordinate employee engagement and social activities to promote and nurture a positive and open working environment. Responsible for quarterly reward & recognition process, from initiating the nomination process to finalisation of review, and issuing certificates & awards, as applicable. Other Ad-hoc Tasks Partner with the regional HR team to roll up HR initiatives. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 5 plus years\' related experience working in HR Operations across APAC & ASIA.
