Possess 2 years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Basic accounting or financial knowledge (if required for budget management).
Knowledge of project management tools or CRM software can be beneficial.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
Organize domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.
Maintain a filing system and handle confidential documents with discretion.
Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with projects, research, and data collection for the Director.
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize events, conferences, or corporate functions involving the Director.
Address ad hoc tasks and proactively resolve issues
