Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, communicating with stakeholders and internal teams, and performing general clerical tasks as required. Qualifications Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders Strong diary management skills Proficient in basic clerical tasks Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others Attractive looking and character. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is also preferred but not required.
