Job Description


  • Min Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay (knowing in Mandarin is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior executives, clients, and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to manager, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate and manage the executive\'s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings and events.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Organize and manage events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, catering, and guest coordination.
  • Assist with personal and professional tasks as needed, including running errands and handling special projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
