Scopes:Personal assistant perform a variety of administrative tasks for an individual. Here are some common responsibilities of a Personal Assistant:
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Organise and maintain files
  • Plan and arrange travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Train staff members
  • Communicate in other languages
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
