Job Description


The primary objective is to ultimately become an integral part of the management team, leveraging expertise and contributing to organizational success. Responsibilities 1. Perform related duties as assigned by CFO 2. Organise or attend meetings or events with CFO and assist. 3. Prepare meeting minutes. 4. Draft or review and proofread legal agreements, letters, annual report and other documents and pass to CFO to finalise. 5. Maintain a comprehensive database of finalised agreements, letters and other documents. 6. Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information for progress update or any new development. 7. Manage the documents of CFO and filing accordingly. 8. Assist on ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to support the CFO, the finance team or in the project development discussion. Qualifications 1. Minimum Degree or equivalent. 2. Required language(s): English, Malay (additionally Mandarin). 3. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or legal environment. 4. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills. 5. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant tools. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Physical Requirements: 1. Professional appearance for attending meetings or events with the CFO. 2. The ability to move between different office spaces, travel if required, and adapt to changing schedules or last-minute adjustments. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills including active listening, and liaising with various stakeholders. 4. Being physical organized, managing schedules, arranging meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence efficiently. 5. Familiarity with office equipment, software, and digital tools used in the CFO\'s office for scheduling, emails, presentations, etc. 6. High confidentiality and trustworthiness. 7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and potentially stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
