  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Business Management or Secretarial or related study
  • At least 2 years of proven working experience as Personal Assistant
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a must.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and organise confidential files and documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Location: Pusat Perniagaan Intan Flora, Teluk Intan, Perak
Tanggungjawab
  • Attend to all aspects of Personal Assistant and corporate work.
  • Draft and manage correspondences, email, and memos.
  • Schedule and organize appointments for VIPs/visitors.
  • Circulate agenda, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Liaising with all relevant parties, both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines.
  • Assist and provide high level confidential support to Director\'s personal and business matters by providing a full secretarial and administrative service.
  • Manage and coordinate the calendars, including schedule meetings, appointments and other corporate events.
  • Organize and attend the monthly meetings, take minutes and follow-up on action items for the Management.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to department head and team members, including managing correspondences and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication and collaborations in order to facilitate effective information flows.
  • Willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned by management.
