Job Description


  • Experience in an administrative or office management role will be preferred.
  • Good in planning, attention to details, initiative, trustworthy, with strictest of confidentiality in carrying out daily duties.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (MUST).
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant, target & performance orientated.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Work location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Responsibilities

(1) Managing the Director\'s diary, organizing business and personal meetings / appointments.

(2) Ensuring that the Director\'s schedule is followed and respected pertaining to company branding and corporate events.

(3) To provide front line services and coordinate / co-operate professionally with all departments as required (e.g. coordinate with respective person-in-charge in the development on completion of projects / assignments).

(4) Working closely with the Director to keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

(5) Prioritizing and handling matters that may require the Director\'s attention quickly and proactively.

(6) Coordinating meetings, preparing meeting agendas and providing necessary background to the Director.

(7) Preparing documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails and make any amendments as per directive by the Director.

(8) Managing files and documentation and personal contact database of the Director.

(9) Compiling and submitting expense and invoicing claims or reports on behalf of the Director.

(10) Assisting travel plans which include flights, transport, accommodation, visa, and other travel-related reservations.

(11) Managing the Director\'s driver - schedule and associated administrative tasks.

(12) Performing personal errands on behalf of the Director as required.

(13) Managing Director\'s administrative / secretarial duties as assigned by the Director.

(14) Maintain the confidentially of Director\'s personal matters at all time.

(15) Stay informed about industry trends, company updates, and relevant news.

(16) Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making.

(17) Carry out any ad-hoc secretarial / administrative duties as assigned by Director from time to time.
