Internal Management and Coordination:- Coordinate internal departments to ensure seamless information flow.- Organize supervision and inspection of the company\'s management system implementation, maintaining its smooth operation.- Drive institutionalization and standardization of internal management, reviewing organizational structure and management systems.- Assist in managing company operations and functional departments, overseeing the formulation and execution of management systems.3. Meetings and Reports:- Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and minute-taking.- Compile and manage meeting minutes.- Compose various documents such as emails, official documents, and reports, managing document issuance and delivery.6.
