Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in fields such as economics, management, law, or secretarial studies.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages.
  • Strong communication, coordination, judgment, and execution skills.
  • Proficient in office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English communication skills, particularly for international business dealings.
  • Professional demeanor with strong public relations capabilities and knowledge of business etiquette.
  • Ability to handle work pressure and adapt to business travel arrangements.
  • Familiarity with customs and practices in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Applicants with previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Secretary position is an added advantage.
Additional vacancy also available for the same position and placement in the Singapore office branch; Salary ranges between S$3,500 - S$4,500.Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Analysis:- Aid the Executive Director in formulating the company\'s development strategic plan, annual work plan, business plan, and business development strategies.- Conduct comprehensive analyses of company plans and objectives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Track the company\'s progress towards business goals, offering analytical insights and suggesting enhancements.2. Internal Management and Coordination:- Coordinate internal departments to ensure seamless information flow.- Organize supervision and inspection of the company\'s management system implementation, maintaining its smooth operation.- Drive institutionalization and standardization of internal management, reviewing organizational structure and management systems.- Assist in managing company operations and functional departments, overseeing the formulation and execution of management systems.3. External Relations and Public Relations:- Collaborate with the Executive Director in managing external public relations, and engaging with government departments and key clients.- Manage external business communication and visitor reception, coordinating public relations efforts.- Represent the company in external meetings and business negotiations as per company directives.4. Daily Affairs Processing:- Organize and classify various materials and documents for the Executive Director, ensuring safekeeping and archiving.- Assist with the Executive Director\'s schedule and travel arrangements, including visitor reservations and receptions.- Submit documents for approval and manage document issuance.- Execute ad-hoc tasks delegated by the Executive Director.5. Meetings and Reports:- Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and minute-taking.- Compile and manage meeting minutes.- Compose various documents such as emails, official documents, and reports, managing document issuance and delivery.6. Specialized Field Work:- Depending on the Executive Director\'s professional field, assist in specific business areas or projects, such as international trade, investment, marketing, etc.Benefits
