Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic office and warehouse environment.
Comply with all required safety measures and PPE guidelines.
2. Sales Order Management
Ensure timely processing of orders by Early Bird and support additional order processing when required.
Complete all sales order tasks, ensure timely invoice printing, and manage LPO/Purchase Order submissions and attachments.
Send all delivery-related documents to the warehouse promptly.
3. Delivery Management
Record all outgoing documents in the Delivery Logbook and manage special-care customers' orders.
4. Returned Invoice Management
Handle the full returned invoice process, update B2B systems, issue credit notes, manage transporter charges, and ensure timely return of signed invoices.
Follow proper indexing and storage guidelines.
5. Dropship Management (Tawau & Sandakan)
Execute all required dropship processes accurately.
6. Inventory Management
Replenishment:
Receive stocks in system/supplier system, submit shipment documents, and follow storage guidelines.
Bin-to-bin Transfer:
Perform system transfers and submit for approval.
Inventory Adjustments:
Process goods return/issue/receipt with correct codes and obtain approvals.
Write-Off:
Prepare documentation, enter transactions within the month, and obtain required approvals.
Stock Take:
Execute stock count, enter variances, and obtain Treasury approval.
Inter-Branch Transfers:
Execute and record IBT transactions and submit for approval.
7. Return to Supplier
Execute return-to-supplier processes as instructed.
8. Administrative Tasks
Manage storage and assignment of security documents.
9. Additional Duties
Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.
