In KONE to support the business performance excellence, KONE Shared Services has joined forces with finance operations to form the new KONE Business Services (KBS), a one stop shop for all business services. KBS will help in driving better efficiency, improving data quality, and providing seamless end to end process expertise. KBS will actively partner with the business lines and functions to provide end to end process governance, work toward joint targets with business. We execute transactions that are part of KONE Operations or Financial processes. Ensuring process compliance and controls are applied to each transaction.
Why this role?
The Processing Executive reports to KBS Operation Manager and responsible for the correct and high-quality execution of transactions belonging to any process being part of the KBS scope. The Processing Executive role is typical for a Business Service Centre.
What will you be doing?
As an Individual contributor with specific skill in any process, required to support the KBS operations and specific projects with the unit for documentation, training, testing, and reporting.
Create, maintain (modify, convert, extend, block, delete), and administer data for Maintenance Process such as Contract Administration, Billing, Back Reporting, Reporting.
Creation, modification, and Cancellation of Sales Order, Invoices, Purchasing Requisition, Customer data.
Ensure the data input is correctly completed.
Execute the requester data entry or modification received from the Front Officer and upon approval from the Process Manager.
Contact the unit front officer for information when required.
Meeting Quality and SLA target\xe2\x80\x99s.
Registration and processing of Incoming & Outgoing documents on time.
Daily reconciliation and corrective actions, if needed.
Payment and time sheet posting into SAP and global banking tool.
Perform system or process testing (UAT).
Co-ordinate & manage stakeholder calls and prepares reporting for stakeholders.
Updating SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and URD\xe2\x80\x99s.
Log issues and discuss with or escalate to team leader.
Support process improvements and harmonization activities.
Participation in team meetings, process analysis and improvement actions.
Make sure process KPI\xe2\x80\x99s are met with high quality standards.
Takes responsibility on complex processing activities.
Checking the documents against company business rules (highlight deviations).
Communicate & follow-up with local supervisors in cases of problems via an email / ike workflow tool.
Act as a super user on process and / or application level within the team.
Make sure Reporting KPI\xe2\x80\x99s are met with high quality standards.
May initiate process improvements and harmonization activities.
Are you the one?
Minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
Experience in SAP and familiar working in Shared Service Environment is an added advantage.
Possesses a service mindset to collaborate and partner with our stakeholders.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication in English, plus any of the listed language; Thai, Indonesian or Filipino as for supporting respective country.
