Job Description

Product Development

• Development of new products to meet strategic needs of various markets with unique market conditions"
• Liase with internal regulatory team on the rules & regulations to meet during product development."
• Work with internal tehcnical team/R&D to develop new products.
• Market survey to identify the trend of supplement, pricing, and customer\xe2\x80\x99s need."
• Research and study the technical information(studies) on the ingredients/product"
• Sourcing new ingredients with competitive price"
• Works with supplier to develop new product to suit the customer\xe2\x80\x99s need and the schedule of the product production, shipping, logistic and etc.
• Prepare product label content and liase with designer on product packaging such as product label, outer box

Marketing

• Assists to identify the product uniqueness and provide product information to marketing
• Assists to develop an effective point of markeitng materials such as leaflets, detailing kits, and etc as support to the marketing team.
• Product Training
• Conduct in-house training for new sales recruits and product refresher training to sales team
• On field product trainings to sales assistants, pharmacist and etc

Others

• Handle customer enquiries/complaints
• Undertake any relevant duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Science / Nutrition with communication health / Food Science / Food Technology / Dietetics / Biochem / Pharmacology or equivalent
• 1-2 years working experience in Supplement. Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry
• Experience in presentation for product & marketing, will have added advantage
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and powerpoint,
• analytical skill
• Ability to multi-tasks, prioritize, manage time effectively, self motivated and willing to learn
