Job Description

:
Delivers sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet company objectives. Proactively and continuously aspires to serve customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations.

• 
  Conduct territory business plans, suggest and discuss relevant action plans, and implement the agreed action plan in collaboration with marketing, medical and colleagues within the function effectively to drive overall financial and non-financial performance of given territory.
• 
  Develops and retains broad customer base through sales call and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• 
  Ensures high standard of customer services such as problem solving and close follow up; Keeps customers informed of new products, pricing, any relevant updates.
• 
  Maintains high level of product and medical knowledge especially for assigned therapeutic area; Keeps abreast of current medical advancements and literature.
• 
  Participates in sales meeting, submit reports and updates on market situation, competitors \xe2\x80\x98activities, health related policy and feedbacks from HCPs for performance review and future strategic planning.
• 
  Organizes and coordinates marketing and promotional activities as required.
• 
  Update HCPs classification and customers based on a timely basis.
• 
  Performs and executes sales and marketing activities according to company SOP and Code of conduct.
• 
  Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements :-

• 
  Candidate must possess a degree in Science, Marketing or similar discipline.
• 
  Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
• 
  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 
  Positive working attitude, resourceful, energetic and a good team player.
• 
  Must be able to travel, possess a valid driving license and own transport.
