Role Overview

The Production & Operations Assistant plays a hands-on role in supporting daily production activities at the M Floor while also assisting HORECA-related operations, including acting as a co-pilot during GROZ Wall deliveries. This position involves frequent manual handling and physical work and requires a physically fit individual with strong stamina and attention to detail.

Given the nature of agricultural products and customer requirements, candidates with basic agricultural knowledge will be preferred to ensure proper product handling, quality control, and smooth operational execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations Support

Assist with daily production activities at the M Floor, including preparation, handling, and movement of agricultural products. Support operational workflows to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading, and arranging products.

Delivery Support

Support operations related task to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Act as a co-pilot during GROZ Wall deliveries, assisting with navigation, loading/unloading, delivery coordination, and installation. Ensure products are handled properly during transport to maintain freshness and quality.

Product Handling & Quality Control

Handle agricultural products with care to prevent damage or spoilage. Assist in basic quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all production and handling areas.

General Duties

Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times. Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by supervisors. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience & Education

Prior experience in production, operations, agriculture, logistics, or delivery support is an advantage. Fresh candidates who are physically fit and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
