Closing Date: 14 December 2024KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Project Management & Construction Management Specialist reporting to Executive Vice President (EVP) of Project Delivery.
• Provide guidance to Project Directors of all portfolios in Project Delivery in ensuring key processes of good project delivery are implemented effectively at all project sites.
• Conduct regular assessment at all project sites, ensuring effective implementation of construction best practices, identify area of improvements and advice project team members on suggestion for improvements.
• Capability Building of Project Directors, Project Managers and Construction Managers, via sharing, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Review and provide advice to ensure effective implementation of governance and compliance processes in all projects.
• Participate in the efforts to enhance quality of Front-End deliverables, including participation as panel review member in Peer Assurance Review (PAR) and Constructability Assessment.
• Support the close out of Gaps identified in Independent Project Analysis (IPA) report with the aim to achieve 1st Quintile performance by end of 2025.
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate solutions in dealing with project issues during execution, especially on project issues at site.
• Conduct review on effectiveness of project management team and contractor's project management organisation, and advice on improvements as appropriate.
• Advisory role in supporting PD's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on project management best practices.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering as a minimum.
• Extensive work experience as Project Director / Project Manager / Construction Manager.
• Has extensive experience in handling large-complex, involving multiple contractors (including international) projects.
