Lead and manage projects throughout their entire life cycle.
Maintain close communication with Interior Designers, Renovation Contractors, Vendors, Landlords, and consultants.
Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of the outlet to enhance the shopping experience.
Manage maintenance projects and external contractor activities.
Provide regular progress reports to management.
Ensure that project milestones are met within established timelines.
Take charge of coordinating and spearheading new project initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Bachelors Degree/Professional Degree in Architecture/Quantity Survey/Interior Design, or any relevant field.
Demonstrates knowledge and a strong interest in interior fit-outs and construction work for retail and commercial spaces, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail and commercial fit-out sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.
Possesses a hands-on approach, proactively takes ownership of projects under their purview.
Displays honesty, creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to make decisions in various scenarios.
Willingness to commit to odd hours, weekends, or public holidays as necessary, depending on project requirements.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, and it would be advantageous to speak dialects or other languages to facilitate building and maintaining strong relationships with Interior Designers, Renovation Contractors, Vendors, and Landlords who may speak various languages.
