Responsibilities: Responsible for construction management of projects in Plumbing field To ensure timely completion of project within budget and quality as per contract, and ensure works are completed accordance with the Specifications Ability to work independently and manage a site team, coordinate and chair progress meeting to ensure smooth implementation of projects while ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements Liaising with clients and reporting on site progress Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales. Monitoring build costs and project progress Conducting quality and safety inspections, maintain quality control checks Motivating the workforce Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise Setting out sites and organizing facilities Checking plans, drawings and quantities to ensure accuracy Liaising about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials. Resolving technical issues with main contractor, employer\'s representative, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities. Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently. Candidates with experience in Plumbing System, QS or Contracts background is advantages. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. At Least 5 years of Experience in M&E Works. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCad basic operation. Able to start work immediately or within short notice
